We started Sember after working in-house at businesses that hired agencies — and watching the same cycle play out. Long proposals, delayed launches, websites that looked fine but did nothing, and zero follow-through once the invoice was paid.
We knew AI was changing what was possible for small and mid-sized businesses, but most agencies weren't building with it — they were selling it as an add-on, a buzzword, a slide in a deck.
So we built Sember Digital around a simple idea: build lean, build fast, build smart. Every project we take on gets the same attention we'd give our own business. Because in a lot of ways, it is ours — our reputation is on every site we ship.

Peter leads client strategy and design direction at Sember. With a background in digital design and brand, he obsesses over the details that make the difference between a site that looks good and one that actually converts.
Simeon handles everything technical — from the frontend stack to the AI integrations and automations that set Sember's work apart. If something can be automated, he'll find the cleanest way to do it.
